I would just like to let you know how pleased my family were with the auction of our property at 355 Princes St, Port Melbourne on Saturday 19th September. From our first interview with Justin Holod and Lisa Jarrett, I knew we had made a great choice of real estate agent to represent us. Something that I thought would be quite overwhelming, was explained in detail and we had great confidence to make and also understand the decisions that had to be made. We had quite a delicate situation with my 2 brothers still living in the house after our mother had passed away. One of my brothers suffers from a mental health issue and Justin handled the situation with such professionalism and compassion, it made us all feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for Justin, he keep us informed every step of the way. Ours was not a straight forward auction, we had another party involved and we appreciate the time Justin took to inform our legal representative, Behan Legal, who in turn had to inform the legal representative of the other party. At our pre auction interview, Justin along with Nicholas Beks, explained how the day would possibly pan out. Their were no surprises on the day as they had covered everything. On the day of the auction Justin, Lisa and Nicholas conducted themselves with true professionalism. We were extremely comfortable with the process and the result that was achieved speaks for itself. I would just like to let everyone at Marshall White know how happy we were with the result but more importantly how extremely pleased we were with the people who handled our property.
